Ash Wednesday Petition
In a world where 1.4 billion people live on less than $1.25 per day, the Gospel message is clear: Who is our neighbor?
Let us pray for our Operation Rice Bowl Lenten endeavors that we may join with our brothers and sisters around the world to learn more about their realities and figure out ways to use our education and privileges to make a difference.

DILONNA JOHNSON WINS MILWAUKEE REP AWARD
Congratulations to Dilonna Johnson for winning the Yellowman review contest held by The Milwaukee Repertory Theater. The Milwaukee Repertory Theater’s Education Department in collaboration with the Einhorn Foundation is working with three area high schools, Dominican included, to develop a lifelong appreciation of theater arts. The Einhorn Grant allows students from participating high schools to attend four productions at the Milwaukee Repertory. Students must then write a theatrical review on each production. A committee at the Milwaukee Repertory reads the submitted reviews and chooses a writer from each school to be posted on their website. Dilonna was able to see Yellowman with Mrs. VanBeek's Technical Theatre class and Ms. Sennett's English class in the fall. Dilonna’s review is posted online at:
